CrossBlock II Flea Preventative (3 applications) Note: this is for Cats Over 9Lb [amazon.com] I switched to this after other brands did not work or didn't work well for my feral kitty. It's worked great over the last couple years and it's been the cheapest option as well at $4.50 a dose/month. Still a bargain at the regular price of $14.75! They sell formulas for lower weight cats/kittens as well as for small, medium, large dogs. I have no experience with the dog formulas but recommend based on my experience with both cat formulas. I've ordered from WIM, AffordableVet, and of course Amazon with no issues. Usually shipped USPS which increases the delivery time (up to 1.5 weeks) but since this is a staple in a pet household I usually order after using the next to last dose. Hope this helps other pet owners out there!
