I was able to order 6 bottles of wine shipped for around $15 after combining Amex CB offer and Macys Wine coupon. Repeated the deal second time with a second card and both CB was received. Notification email was triggered immediately for one order only. But both CB was posted.
1. Added the deal on my Amex card.
2. Initiated the purchase using the link provided in the offer. VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU START THE ORDERING FROM THE LINK PROVIDED IN THE OFFER. 3. Added 6 bottles to get free shipping. I just randomly chose the cheapest ones/on sale.

$~72$ – 35% off+Taxes -$35 CB= ~15$ for 6 bottles shipped.
