Just received my order today. It arrived in somewhat crumpled 2-pack box but was factory sealed. The batteries inside had the “charge to activate” sticker. When I charged them and put on the drone they both showed a 0 cycle charge count. The flight time looked normal.
Needless to say this is a highly YMMV situation. However the package is shipped by Amazon so if you are not happy with the item you receive you can always send it back for a full refund.
