Disclaimer: this is a trade in that gives you a promo credit over 36 months. That makes this deal a hard pass (and maybe a thumbs down) for many. But, if you’re going to do the Verizon trade-in deal, it just got a little better.
So Verizon’s Trade-in deal this holiday season is not new. But: it looks like new phones have been added to the list of potential trade-ins, including the Pixel line which was VERY limited over Black Friday. Now, you can trade in a Pixel as old as the Pixel 4a and get a $800 trade-in credit! This is a notably better deal than what was available before, as the Pixel 4a is very affordable. I get to keep (or sell) much more valuable devices. Other similarly old and cheap phones may also be new to the list.
Also: I bought this deal over Black Friday weekend and signed up to trade in iPhone 11. Since I hadn’t turned them in yet (bc of my backordered phones), I was able to change my trade-in to Pixel 4a instead of iPhone 11. If you submitted an order already but want to change which phone you trade in, it’s possible.
I don’t post deals often, so take it easy on me. Just wanted to share.
