I simply grabbed a Netgear CM1100 cable modem for $99.97 from an area Costco retailer in Minnesota. I assume that is on par with the final entrance web page deal in November, 2021 since it’s important to drive to avoid wasting the additional $10.

Online nonetheless reveals $149.99. So YMMV.
